The Joy Of Receiving A Christmas Card

[Sassy_Social_Share]

Ever since email became a way of life for most people, sending an actual, paper Christmas Card has almost become a rarity.

I remember, not so long ago, I would rush to the mailbox this time of the year to see all the Christmas cards waiting for me to open. They were so beautiful, ranging from beautiful snow scenes to Santa on the beach! I always loved the little notes the sender would add, bringing me up to date on the latest with the family.

Christmas Card, ChristmasWith social media, we now keep up with everyone daily. But I loved getting those cards. It was such a personalized touch. I’ve heard the trend is going back toward sending cards through the mail and I hope it continues. Yes, I like social media and email but some things are better left like they’ve always been. Christmas cards are one of those holiday traditions that hopefully will continue.

Do you send Christmas cards? I’m a little late on mine but hope to send them out soon!

Big Hugs!

Miki
