“The Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rubin: I like how she was determined to put more happiness in her life right where she was and with what she had.
Book of the Week
I’m really enjoying some good novels right now – even re-reading some from the past like today’s book of the week: “Confessions of a Shopaholic” by Sophie Kinsella.
This week’s “Book to Read” is coming to you because of an inspiring video I watched. It’s “Jump” by Steve Harvey – lots of nuggets of wisdom!
This week’s book recommendation is from another author that writes stories about the Lowcountry of South Carolina. It is “By Invitation Only” by Dorothea Benton Frank.
“The Magnolia Story” by Chip and Joanna Gaines was inspiring in so many ways. From their business ethics to family values, their story offers plenty of wisdom.
This week’s “Book To Read” is an exciting one – “Outlander” by Diana Gabaldon. I will admit that the 600+ page book seemed daunting but I decided to give it a go and wasn’t disappointed.
