Sometimes You Have To Kiss Some Frogs!

Ha! Love this title because it is SO TRUE! To get what you want or where you want to go, you really do have to “Kiss A Few Frogs”!

Charleston, South Carolina, Frog, Kiss the frog, Tea Plantation, Goals, Dreams, Working, ProductiivityI guess I should explain. When we are reaching for our goals and dreams – whatever they may be – there are going to be times when we have to experience tough things. Here is an example: I LOVE writing my books but editing and doing rewrites? Let’s just say they aren’t on the list of my top favorite things to do. Also, I love the way I feel when I exercise consistently but exercising itself? It’s something I do as soon as I can to get it over with for the day.

Those are just 2 “frogs” in my life. I could give you loads more but if I were to list my “frogs” on one side of a piece of paper and my “wins” on the other, the “wins” would, shall I say, WIN! And I’m sure you could say the same thing too.

Earlier this year I talked about keeping an “Accomplishments” list. This is the best way to make sure that when you are faced with a “frog” – that thing you don’t want to do – you can see that by powering through it, you’ll come out better and have accomplished what you set out to.

So meet those “frogs” head on. If I can do it I KNOW you can too!

Hope you have a happy weekend!

Big Hugs!
