It’s that time of the week: Journal Prompts! I thought that this week we would tackle “Self-Improvement”. Are you ready? Let’s Go!
Self-improvement is an area of life that I think we all work on each day in some way. Whether you’re trying to learn something new, get healthy and fit, change a habit –we’re all are trying to grow into a better version of ourselves.
So, here are 3 Journal Prompts to ask yourself while on your journey to self-improvement. Take time to really think about each one and write your thoughts.
#1 – How can I show myself some love today?
This is something that can be really tough. Most of us have a tendency to put others’ needs before ours, and sometimes that is good. But not when it comes at the expense of your health and well-being. Write some ideas that you could do to show yourself some self-love.
#2 – What is a habit I can learn or change?
Habits – we all have them and they can be good or bad. Examine yours and see if there are any you need to add or improve. Once again, write those thoughts and make an action plan for some change.
#3 – What new thing/things am I learning right now?
Learning something new is a great way to grow and improve. It can be something as small as trying a new recipe to something as big as getting your college degree. Make a list of the things are exploring and why they are important to you.
As with the previous journal prompts over the last few weeks, these are questions that are meant to be pondered upon over time and write about them over multiple days. Just remember that striving each day to be the very best version of “you” is a process, not a one-time occurrence. Look at it as a life adventure!
XOXO!
