We are in the third week of January and the excitement of the New Year has worn off. For some, those resolutions (still don’t like that word) made on January 1st might already be a memory. But are there any improvements you are making right now? Any intentions you made where you are making progress?
Like I said earlier this month, I like to set intentions. Just a stronger, more meaningful word for me, personally. And so far I’m doing okay with the intentions I set. I’m learning a few things along the way but mostly I’m making improvements, even if they are baby steps:
-Learning more about inflammatory foods and trying new food carefully (do not want any reactions!).
-Getting in some fun exercise daily while making sure I don’t upset my Mast Cells and cause them to have an unwelcomed party in my body!
-Getting organized in many ways: health, finances, home, etc. It seemed I needed a bit of organization in a few areas of my life but it seems like when one area gets better, the others tend to follow.
-Taking online classes and coaching! What fun!
And there are many others I could list. It sounds like I’m doing too many things but like I said – making improvements in one area seems to help the others. I call it a Domino Effect.
I hope that your intentions are coming along nicely and that you are making positive changes even if they seem small. Every step in the right direction is something to be excited about.
