Oh, I keep trying to do this and I know that it would probably make my life a bit easier: a weekly meal plan. Do you plan your meals a week in advance?
I have heard, and I have talked to people who plan their meals out for a week at a time, doing the meal prep thing and they love it! I hear how they are eating so healthy and how they have more time during the week because they took the time during the previous weekend to put all the foods together for their meals to come the following week. I’m so envious!
This is one routine I would LOVE to incorporate into my weekend routine. I do things now like cooking in batches and freezing foods to meals later but to have all your meals and foods prepped for the week? IT SOUNDS INCREDIBLE and in a few weeks I’m going to give it a try. I have guests coming this week so I know we will be out and about so planning meals doesn’t make sense but later? I’ll let you know how I do with my new meal-planning project.
