I love candles and have since I was a teenager. There is something about the soft glow of a flickering flame that can permeates a room and change the atmosphere almost instantly.
I know most people probably think it’s a bit weird to love rainy days but I do. It doesn’t matter whether it’s fall/winter or spring/summer.
On this 7th day of “Thankful November,” I’m grateful for early morning walks. This time of the year going for a stroll around dawn is nearly perfect!
I feel truly blessed to be able to walk to the dock along the river and relax, enjoying nature all around me, from the creatures to the sunrises/sunsets.
Take some time, before we head into Thanksgiving and Christmas, to make sure you have a plan for you. Time for yourself to rest, relax and rejuvenate.
As you remember your day, concentrate on those bright moments. Those are the things that will help outshine the icky stuff about your day.
