Beach Music Playlist
As many of you know I love music! I still have my 45s and some LPs from when I was a little girl. And yes I know that I’m dating myself here but that’s okay with me.
There are certain songs that come to mind when I think of the Florida Keys or any beach for that matter. I actually have a playlist for these songs and make sure to play them when I’m on my way to the beach or even when I’m sitting by the river too. So I thought that I would share them with you and if you like them, you can make your own playlist too!“Margaritaville” by Jimmy Buffett
“We Went To The Beach” by Little Big Town
“Knee Deep” by the Zac Brown Band
“Sunset Grill” by Don Henley
“It’s Five O’clock Somewhere” by Alan Jackson
“Some Beach” by Blake Shelton
“Kokomo” by The Beach Boys
“Southern Cross” – Jimmy Buffett version
“Where The Boat Leaves From” by Zac Brown Band
“Pontoon” by Little Big Town
“Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley
“Girl On The Coast” by Jessie James Decker
“Jump Right In” by the Zac Brown Band
“Volcano” by Jimmy Buffett
“Toes” by the Zac Brown Band
And this is just the beginning. My list is quite long so these are just a few. As you can see, I love the Jimmy Buffett songs and those by Zac Brown. I also like to listen to instrumental tunes with steel drums. Makes me feel like I’m sitting on a Caribbean island.
So for the summer, make your own playlist with your favorite summertime tunes. I bet you’ll have a smile on your face every time you listen.
PS: Today’s winner of a Kindle version of one of the “Florida Keys Novels” is Chayenne Teal! I’ll be emailing you shortly!
